Trusted
Proof sellers believe.
Sellers trust an agent when they can see recent, specific proof: what you sold in their suburb, how long it took, how the price compared with the guide, and what past sellers said. Your site shows all of it, with dates and sources, and updates it automatically from your Domain listings.
What sellers check before they call
-
Recent sales in their suburb
Not a career total. Sellers want to know what you sold near them, and when.
-
Days on market
Shown as a median, with each sale’s own figure beside it.
-
Result against the guide
Plainly marked, never exaggerated. Victorian listings show ranges within the 10% rule.
-
Reviews that name details
Collected after each sale and shown in full, with the suburb and the month.
-
Local knowledge
Suburb pages with this quarter’s medians and what’s actually selling.
-
Your agency and licensee
On every page. It reassures sellers and keeps your principal happy.

How do my sold results update automatically?
Your site reads your listings straight from Domain. List a property and it appears on your site. When it sells, it moves to your sold results with the price and days on market.
There’s no login and nothing to remember. A small secure connection fetches your Domain listings and keeps the access key private, so your site is never out of date and never shows someone else’s sale.
If a sale shouldn’t be shown, for example an off-market or confidential sale, tell us and we’ll hide it.
- 1You list on Domain
Exactly as you do today.
- 2Your site picks it up
Photos, price guide and details, laid out in your style.
- 3It sells
It moves to your sold results, and your suburb stats update.
Questions about your site and agency
Will my agency let me have my own website?
Most agencies allow it, and many encourage it, as long as the site shows the agency’s name and follows its brand and compliance rules.
We show your agency and licensee name on every page, and we’re happy to send your principal a preview before launch. If your agency has a written policy on personal websites, send it to us and we’ll build to it.
What happens to my site if I change agencies?
The site and the domain are yours, so it comes with you. We update the agency details and branding, usually within a day.
Your sold history, reviews and suburb pages stay on your site, which is one of the reasons to own your name in search rather than rely only on an agency profile.
Do I need to update anything myself?
No. Your listings and sold results update automatically from your Domain listings, and we handle everything else.
List a property on Domain as you normally would and it appears on your site. When it sells, it moves to your sold results. If you want to change wording or photos, text or email us.
Why not just use my agency profile and the portals?
Because on those pages you’re one of many, laid out the same as every other agent. Your own site lets you show your results and your local knowledge in your own way, and it’s the page Google and AI tools can quote about you.
Keep your portal and agency profiles. Your site links them together and gives sellers one clear place to decide.
