Be the agent sellers find first.

Being found means that when a seller searches your name, looks up your suburb’s house prices, or asks ChatGPT or Google’s AI who to use, they land on a page about you. We do it with your own website, suburb market pages, a complete Google Business Profile and consistent details everywhere sellers look, and we check the result every month.

How do AI tools decide which agent to name?

AI tools name the agents they can find clear, consistent and recent evidence about. They read your website, your Google Business Profile, your reviews and your portal profiles, then summarise what agrees.

That’s why a generic agency profile rarely gets quoted. It says the same thing about every agent in the office. A page that states plainly where you sell, what you’ve sold, how long it took and what sellers said gives the AI something specific to repeat.

This is called GEO, short for generative engine optimisation: the SEO of AI answers. It simply means making it easy for Google’s AI and ChatGPT to find and trust the facts about you.

We measure it. We don’t promise it.

No one can guarantee a number-one ranking or an AI mention, and anyone who does is guessing. Every month we ask the same ten seller questions on Google, ChatGPT, Claude and Google’s AI, and show you how your answers change.

Questions about being found

What are SEO and GEO, and why do they matter for agents?

SEO is showing up in Google’s normal results. GEO, short for generative engine optimisation, is showing up when a seller asks ChatGPT or Google’s AI answers who to use in your suburb.

More sellers now ask these tools “who’s the best agent to sell my house in [suburb]?” instead of scrolling search results. The tools build their answer from what they can read about you online: your own website, your Google Business Profile, your reviews and your portal profiles. Good SEO and good GEO mostly come from the same thing: clear, consistent facts about you that are easy to find.

How long until I show up on Google and ChatGPT?

Searches for your own name usually improve within two to six weeks of launch. Suburb searches and AI answers take longer, typically two to six months, and depend on your competition.

Nobody can honestly promise a number-one ranking or a guaranteed AI mention, and we don’t. What we promise is to measure it: every month we check how you appear on Google and in AI answers to the same set of seller questions, so you can see the trend.

What does the Free Google Check actually do?

It asks Google’s AI three questions a seller would ask, and scores how you come up out of 100 in about 30 seconds. It also shows which agents it recommends instead.

It’s free, it doesn’t ask for your mobile or email, and there’s no call unless you want one. If you’d like the full picture across ChatGPT, Claude and Google, that’s the $90 audit.
